In December of this year Meier-Audio officially exists 5 years. A period in which the company developed from a hobby company, just selling DIY-kits of a rather simple headphone amplifier, to a professional provider of a large range of amps and headphones.

Till the end of this year we want to celebrate with 5 special sales-actions. This is the second one and it starts October 16th.

On exactly 5.55 MEZ (Mean European Timezone) of this day we will begin to decrease the price of our HA-2 MkII SE by 1% every 5 hours. So the longer you wait, the cheaper this amp will be. This sales-action will be ended 250 hours later (October 26th) when the price has dropped to 50 % of its original value.

Of course you can wait till the last day to buy this amp at the lowest price. However, like with our first sales action there’s a small snag here. For this specific sales-action only 10 amps are available. The sales will end prematurely if all amps are sold. And there’s the evil gambling part of it. If you wait to long you will not be able to buy. If you’re not patient enough you will buy at a price higher than necessary.

The procedure to join this sales action:

- Send an e-mail to meier-audio@t-online.de to make a reservation. The time-stamp of this e-mail will determine your price reduction. The mail should contain your full name and shipping address as well as the preferred method for paying (international money order, cash, wire transfer, paypal).

- After confirmation of the reservation you will be provided with the exact price and with payment instructions. The amp will be shipped as soon as your payment has been received.

A few additional rules:

- People are allowed to make one reservation only. It’s not possible to cancel a reservation and make a new one at a lower price. The time stamp of the first reservation will set your rebate.

- People are asked not to tell around that they bought one of the amps. Other people should be left unknown about the exact number of amps sold already. (Yes, we’re evil!! :P

For people outside the European Community (who don’t have to pay VAT) the original sales-price of the HA-2 MkII SE is EUR 775,- or $ 945,-. If you’re lucky you can buy it for just EUR 387,50 or $ 472,50.

People living inside the Euroepan Community have to pay VAT. Their original sales-price is EUR 900,- / $ 1100,-
